VA Form 22-0976 is used by foreign
educational institutions seeking approval for their postsecondary
programs. VA uses the information to determine if a program offered
by the foreign educational institution is approvable under CFR
21.4260. In order for a review and decision to be made, the VA
needs supporting information from a foreign educational
institution. The respondent population for VA Form 22-0976 for the
Submission of School Catalogs to the Department of Veterans Affairs
is composed of non-U.S. based Institutions of Higher Learning
located in a foreign country.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
