“The current data-sharing process using Excel spreadsheets has been effective. However, the WDPI sees an opportunity for improvement in how school district contact information is updated. Currently, updates are submitted via email, but a more streamlined approach—such as a Google Form or, preferably, a secure portal accessible only to SEA REAP contacts—would enhance efficiency and enable faster, more accurate submission of updated information.” |
The REAP program office thanks WDPI for taking time to weigh in on the proposed collection. No changes or revisions are needed to address the received comment. |

“It’s crucial to keep collecting this information so we know who needs help and can share resources accurately. I'd like the Department to think about making the application forms easier to fill out. This would ease the load for smaller districts with few administrative folks and boost digital access.” |
The REAP program office appreciates this comment. However, the application accurately reflects the current regulations. No changes or revisions are needed to address the received comment. |
