TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION:

Columbia Class Program Office 2022 Workforce Survey

PURPOSE:

The survey is designed to provide the Columbia Class Program Office (PMS 397) leadership with insight into PMS 397 strengths and areas for growth related to communication, recognition, and employee development. Results from this survey will be used by the PMS 397 Professional Growth and Empowerment Working Group to shape upcoming workforce initiatives.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

The respondents will consist of members of the PMS 397 Workforce to include military and civilian personnel, as well as contractor employees. For the purposes of the PRA, only contractor respondents are included in the burden estimates below.
