Purpose of this usability evaluation

You are being asked to participate in a usability evaluation being conducted by the MITRE Corporation on behalf of the CDC’s Division of Cancer Prevention and Control. You will be asked for feedback on a Cervical Cancer Screening and Management Clinical Decision Support (CCSM CDS) dashboard interface.

You will need

• Access to a computer with internet connection

• Access to the test system where the CCSM CDS dashboard has been installed for testing purposes

Please remember that:

• Taking part in this discussion is voluntary

• You are not required to answer the questions

• This discussion should last about 1 hour

• Researchers may be listening to the discussion or recording

• You are free to leave at any time or refuse recording

There are no direct benefits to you. Your comments may improve efforts to provide cervical cancer screening and management digital health solutions.

Privacy

We will keep the information you give us private and secure to the extent allowed by law. Your name will not be used in the final report. No statement you make will be linked to you by name. Recordings and notes will be used internally only by the development team for purposes of improvement to the dashboard and CDS software.
