Dear EIS 2023 Candidate,

You are invited to provide feedback that will help us evaluate the Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) 2023 interview process. As a recently interviewed candidate, we value your honest feedback and want to hear from you through a web-based survey. The information you provide will help us better understand how the virtual EIS 2023 interview process went and identify areas for improvement. Your interest and participation in this survey will not impact your EIS selection outcome in any way and will not impact your application standing for future Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) fellowships or employment.

To help improve future EIS interviews, please complete a brief survey by accessing the link below. The survey takes an average of 10 minutes to complete. Your privacy is important to us. Survey results will be reported in aggregate and only the Epidemiology Workforce Branch evaluation staff will have access to your responses.
