STLTs and CDC programs in the delivery of shared services across the
product development life cycle: ideation, prioritization, design, building, QA,
dissemination, adoption, usage, evaluation, and iteration?
How might CDC transform NBS into the reference implementation for a public
health surveillance and response system fully compliant with best practices
in software design and implementation?
How might we come to nationwide consensus on the fundamental tenets of the
design of future systems to support public health data ingestion, exchange,

system designs?
