The Department of Education (Department) is requesting approval for a non-substantive change to a currently approved
collection. The update made in the UB/UBMS annual performance report involves changes to a single field (Section II, field
9). The changes are to the APR Field Name (Gender to Sex), the Database Column Name (GenderCD to SexCD), and the
deletion of two of the four response options.
