Data collection is designed to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the dissemination, implementation, and outcomes of the CDC Clinical Practice Guideline for Prescribing Opioids for Pain – United States, 2022 (2022 CDC Clinical Practice Guideline). Resulting data will be used for purposes of evaluation and to ensure that Americans have access to safer, effective ways of managing their pain. This change request is submitted to comply with recent executive orders.
