The information collections are
required under section 711 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. This
section requires that certain agreements that are in fulfillment of
the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) are to be disclosed to the
public and the appropriate Federal banking agencies. The
information will assist the public in assessing whether the parties
are meeting their obligations under the agreements and
CRA.
The decrease in burden is due
to the decrease in the number of agreements submitted to the
agency.
