This is an extension without a change of a currently approved collection for Rule 204-3, Delivery of brochures and brochure supplements. Rule 204-3, the “brochure rule,” requires investment advisers to deliver their brochures and brochure supplements at the start of an advisory relationship with a client and to deliver annually thereafter the full updated brochure or a summary of material changes to their brochure. The Information Collection Request listed the burden as a reporting requirement rather than a third-party disclosure.
