IMLS is requesting approval for non-substantive changes in the Grant Application Forms package for the IMLS Library Program Information Form and the IMLS Museum Program Information Form. The current OMB approval expiration date is 5/31/2026.
Request abstract:
In this clearance submission (3137-0092) and justification, IMLS requests approval of non-substantive changes to a previously approved clearance for the Grant Application Forms.
The changes consist of:
Edits to goals and objectives to correspond with the FY2026 program NOFOs
Removing the Project Keywords section.
For the IMLS Museum Program Information Form: Streamlining the selection options by combining and removing similar project elements.

There are no changes to the burden estimate.
